Talented Man Flies Self-Made Local Aircraft. See Photos

Pictured is a villager from Jingxian County, China, preparing to take off in a self-made aircraft. The 31-year-old villager Xie Baogang designed and created the aircraft which has a top speed of 200 km per hour and a range of 400 km through self-study in 2015.
